Litorsal Junior dietary supplement in the form of raspberry-flavored effervescent tablets contains electrolytes that facilitate optimal hydration of children's bodies and maintain electrolyte balance. Intended for children over 3 years of age.
Properties of electrolytes:
- are essential for the proper functioning of the body: they help maintain water and electrolyte balance, regulate the hydration of cells and the entire body, are essential for the proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system, support nerve conduction and muscle contractions;
- sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium also play an important role in regulating blood pH, which is crucial for many metabolic processes;
- help transport nutrients to cells and remove metabolic waste products;
- should be replenished in situations of excessive loss from the body, e.g., in the course of illnesses accompanied by severe diarrhea or vomiting, or in hot weather, when increased fluid loss due to sweating occurs.
