How to use
Wash your hands and find a comfortable position (standing, squatting, lying down, whichever you prefer). Unwrap the tampon and pull the string to ensure it doesn't break.
Then, grab the tampon, spread your labia, and insert it into your vagina with a slow, gentle motion. Push it further in with your index finger. The tampon is at the right depth when you no longer feel it inside you.
Tampons should be changed every 6-8 hours, after washing your hands.
