Dietary supplement Yango Magnesium 3 Forms contains magnesium in three different, easily absorbed, organic forms: lactate, malate and citrate. The preparation is intended for people who want to supplement magnesium deficiencies in order to support the nervous system, muscle function and proper heart function.
Recommended daily intake:
3 capsules once a day.
Swallow the capsule with plenty of water, after a meal.
