Dietary supplement Yango Collagen Anti-age is a combination of collagen I and III with vitamin C, biotin, and hyaluronic acid.

Yango Collagen Anti-age - ingredients properties:
- Collagen - is a structural protein that serves as a building block in the body. It is an important part of the connective tissue from which skin, tendons, muscles, cartilage, bones, teeth, blood vessel walls, and nerves are built. With age, the amount of newly synthesized collagen decreases, and existing fibers weaken and even degrade. Regular collagen supplementation can positively impact the condition of the skin, joints, and other tissues.
- Vitamin C - is important in the synthesis of collagen and elastin, which are found in the skin and joints.
- Hyaluronic acid - is responsible for, among other things, water retention to maintain proper tissue hydration. Its levels begin to decline after the age of 25, so regular supplementation may be recommended.
- Biotin - also known as vitamin H or vitamin B7. It is often recommended to strengthen skin, hair, and nails.
Recommended daily intake:
2 capsules twice daily.
Swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water after a meal.
