Vita Buer D3 Vitamin D 2000 IU 120 Capsules
Vita Buer D3 dietary supplement contains 2000 IU of vitamin D and is intended to replenish its deficiencies in the body. Vitamin D is produced in the skin under the influence of UV radiation from the sun. In the fall and winter, due to insufficient sunlight, vitamin D is not produced. In the summer, supplementation may also be indicated due to frequent indoor exposure and the use of sunscreens, which reduce skin synthesis by up to 99%. Furthermore, the body's ability to synthesize vitamin D decreases with age.
In the case of insufficient dietary vitamin D supply and limited skin synthesis, supplementation is recommended. Vitamin D supplementation is recommended in Poland all year round (if adequate skin synthesis of vitamin D is not ensured in the summer), and especially from October to April.
The preparation can be used by people with diabetes.
Vitamin D properties:

- Facilitates the absorption of calcium and phosphorus from the digestive tract and maintaining the proper level of calcium in the blood.
- Helps maintain healthy bones and teeth.
- In people over 60 years of age, it helps reduce the risk of falls associated with postural instability and muscle weakness, which in this age group reduces the risk of bone fractures.
- Beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20 μg of vitamin D from all sources.
Recommended daily intake consumption:
- Adults (including people aged 60 and over): 1 capsule daily, regardless of meals.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
