Vitamin C supports the proper functioning of the immune system, increases iron absorption, and supports the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of cartilage, gums and teeth.
Vitamin D helps in the proper absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and helps maintain healthy bones.
Vitamin B12 helps in the proper production of red blood cells, supports the proper functioning of the nervous system, maintains the proper metabolism of homocysteine and maintains normal psychological functions.
