Viridian Vitamin D3 2000 Liquid is a dietary supplement created to help those at risk of vitamin D deficiency.
In recent years, fear of sun exposure has been steadily increasing, while lifestyles have become increasingly sedentary. We spend less and less time in the sun and more and more time indoors. Sunscreens with SPF 15 reduce the skin's ability to synthesize vitamin D by over 95%.
