Viridian FOS Fiber contains:

• Flax - which is a rich source of lignans - natural plant compounds belonging to the phytoestrogen group. It is a rich source of mucus and omega acids, and moisturizes and protects the digestive system.
• Psyllium seed husks - supplements the diet with natural fiber, affecting intestinal peristalsis. It relieves irritation of the mucous membrane, constipation, and flatulence. As a source of soluble fiber, it complements weight loss programs.
• Citrus pectin – Pectin is found in and under the skin of fruits and vegetables and is fermented by intestinal flora, which produces short-chain fatty acids, a source of energy for the cells of the large intestine.
• Kelp – is a brown marine algae that contains a wealth of minerals, vitamins, and other elements valuable for health. Kelp is a rich source of mucilages, such as ALGIN, which calm the intestines, help maintain healthy lipid levels, and help bind and excrete heavy metals and other pollutants from the body.
