It is calming, digestive, and stimulating. Recommended for respiratory diseases – its expectorant action effectively helps clear excess secretions. Effective for colds, runny noses, coughs, sore throats, and bronchitis.
When used in creams or balms, it achieves amazing results in the treatment of chronic wounds and ulcers. Accelerates the healing of wounds, pressure sores, deeply cracked skin, acne, and has a softening effect on scars.

How to use Vera Nord oils?
- Bath - fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils, mixing thoroughly (approx. 6-12 drops of oil per bath).
- Massage – we add selected essential oils to the base oil intended for massage. (approx. 2-3 drops of oil per one teaspoon (5 ml) of carrier oil. Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place.
- Spraying – fill the water container in the aroma burner (or diffuser) with water and add approx. 3-6 drops of essential oil.
- Sauna – add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.
