How to Use
BATH – fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils, mixing thoroughly (approx. 6-12 drops of oil per bath). MASSAGE – add selected essential oils to the carrier oil intended for massage (approx. 2-3 drops of oil per teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil). Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place. NEUTRALISATION – fill the water container in the aroma burner (or diffuser) with water and add approx. 3-6 drops of essential oil. SAUNA – add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.
