How to use
BATH – fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils, mixing thoroughly (approx. 6-12 drops of oil per bath). MASSAGE – add selected essential oils to the base oil intended for massage. (approx. 2-3 drops of oil per one teaspoon (5 ml) of carrier oil. Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place. SPRAYING – fill the water container in the aroma burner (or diffuser) with water and add approx. 3-6 drops of essential oil. SAUNA – add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.
