Vera Nord Bitter Orange Oil is extracted from orange peel. The scent is a combination of sweet orange and the bitterness of grapefruit, it is fresh and uplifting. The fruit comes from the same tree as Neroli and Petitgrain and therefore shares many of Neroli's therapeutic properties. It soothes skin problems, supports the digestive system, and reduces stress and anxiety.

How to use Vera Nord oils?
- Bathing – fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils, mixing thoroughly (approx. 6-12 drops of oil per bath).
- Massage – add the selected essential oils to the base oil intended for massage. (approx. 2-3 drops of oil per one teaspoon (5 ml) of carrier oil. Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place.
- Spraying – fill the water container in the aroma burner (or diffuser) with water and add approx. 3-6 drops of essential oil.
- Sauna – add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.
