What active ingredients are in The SAEM Iceland Hydrating?
- Cranberry extract - has an astringent effect, while the phenolic acids contained in cranberries have antibacterial properties. A rich source of vitamins and active substances, it has anti-aging properties;
- Blueberry Fruit Extract - has natural antioxidant properties that slow down the skin aging process and neutralize free radicals. This extract is a nourishing and moisturizing ingredient and helps in the healing and treatment of skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. The plant extract has astringent, refreshing, toning, and skin-conditioning properties;
- Algae Extract - creates a protective film on the skin's surface that binds water (reduces TEWL (transepidermal water loss)) and promotes proper hydration. It conditions, softening and smoothing the skin, improving its elasticity and appearance;
- Icelandic Moss Extract - has cleansing, moisturizing, protective, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, anti-psoriatic, and anti-acne properties. When used regularly, it inhibits excessive sebum production;
- Glutathione - an anti-aging and rejuvenating ingredient that can reverse the aging process. It is a powerful detoxifier, combats free radicals, prevents wrinkles and blackheads, removes discoloration, and strengthens the skin's resistance to allergens and pollutants, such as heavy metals, viruses, bacteria, and UV rays. It accelerates healing and regeneration, has anti-inflammatory properties, and improves the tone of dull, tired skin with signs of oxidative stress, as well as smoker's skin. How to use facial toner?
