Swanson Vitamin B-12 1000 mcg is a dietary supplement containing 1000 mcg of vitamin B12 and folic acid in the form of strawberry flavored lozenges. The preparation is used to supplement the diet with vitamin B12, especially in people with malabsorption of this vitamin.
Recommended Daily Intake:
Place ½ tablet daily under the tongue and wait for it to dissolve. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.

Composition: Vitamin B-12, sweetener: sorbitol, carrier: mannitol, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, stabilizer: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, natural strawberry flavor.
