Swanson Vitamin C 500 + Rosehip Tablets
Rosehip contained in the product provides flavonoids and organic acids that protect vitamin C from decomposition and enhance its effect in the body.
Vitamin C:
- takes part in many metabolic reactions in the body, e.g. synthesis and activation of adrenaline, stimulation of collagen and carnitine production, and acts as an antioxidant,
- plays a protective role in heart and blood vessel diseases, participates in the hematopoietic process,
- recommended for various infections, participates in the formation of lymphocytes - immune cells,
- controls the concentration of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood, prevents atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease, lowers blood pressure.
Rosehip Rose:
- replenishes vitamin C deficiencies in the body,
- increases immunity,
- has a general strengthening effect in states of general weakness, convalescence, fatigue, stress,
- has antioxidant properties,
- lowers the level of total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol ("bad"), lowers blood pressure, thus reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases,
- has a diuretic and slightly choleretic effect.
