Swanson Inositol is a dietary supplement containing inositol as its main ingredient.
Ingredient Properties:
- inositol is often called vitamin B8. It is used in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, where insulin resistance is a common problem;
- supplementation improves parameters directly related to insulin resistance, such as the glycemia value in the oral glucose tolerance test, as well as HOMA indices and the insulin sensitivity index;

Recommended daily intake:
