Glucosamine properties:

- Exhibits anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties,
- May reduce pain by slowing down the nerve impulses that transmit pain signals,
- Reduces the symptoms of seasonal allergies,
- Reduces post-workout muscle soreness (a daily dosage of 3g of MSM for 30 days is required),
