Product Description
SutriSept Hydrogel – what is worth knowing about it?
The medical device SutriSept Hydrogel is a new generation preparation for antiseptic moisturizing, protection, and care of infected and non-infected wounds and burns. SutriSept painlessly cleanses wounds and burns, prevents wound infection, and accelerates healing. It contains a combination of 0.1% polyhexanide (a modern broad-spectrum antiseptic substance) and Poloxamer 188 (a non-ionic surfactant that supports wound healing).
SutriSept Hydrogel does not delay the healing process, so it can be applied to the bottom of the wound for several days. During this time, it provides disinfection and moisturizing and creates a protective layer. This layer forms a barrier between the wound surface and the dressing, minimizes the adhesion of the dressing to the wound surface and limits the growth of microorganisms settling on the dressing surface.
