Solgar's Vitamin D3 Liquid enables comprehensive dietary supplementation with this unique ingredient that is essential for the body.
Half a dropper (0.5 ml) contains 2500 IU (62.5 µg) of natural vitamin D3 ready to be consumed and absorbed by the body.
Vitamin D contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. Vitamin D also participates in the process of cell division, helps in the proper absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus, and supports the proper functioning of muscles.
Vitamin D supplementation is important from October to March, due to the ineffective skin synthesis of this vitamin during this period in the latitude where Poland is located.
The uniqueness of this product lies in the fact that you can supplement vitamin D3 by consuming it directly from the dropper or by adding it to selected dishes (ready-to-eat soups or salads). It can also be added to drinks (vegetable and fruit juices).
The product comes in liquid form, in which vitamin D3 is dissolved in sunflower seed oil. Fresh sunflower seed oil is not only a source of fat necessary for the absorption of this portion of vitamin, but also a source of natural marker components of vitamin C, which facilitates and accelerates its distribution and utilization by the body.
The product has a pleasant natural orange flavor.

DIRECTIONS USE
Recommended daily dose: people over 75 years of age: 0.5 ml (preferably with a meal) or as directed by a doctor.
Shake before use.
There is a graduated dropper inside.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
WARNINGS
Pregnant women, nursing mothers, people taking medications or who are ill should consult a doctor before use.
Store at room temperature, in a dry, dark place, out of reach of small children.
Store in the refrigerator after opening.
Before use, it is recommended to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and discuss the test results with a doctor or pharmacist.
