- Calcium – essential for maintaining healthy bones, healthy teeth, affects blood clotting, muscle performance, healthy sleep and well-being.
- Magnesium – activator of enzymes, participates in the metabolism of fats, proteins and carbohydrates, supports the functioning of the cardiovascular and immune systems, is necessary for maintaining hormonal balance.
- Soy protein. – a rich source of amino acids and protein, B vitamins, lowers cholesterol levels, and strengthens blood vessels.
- Iron – one of the trace elements, involved in the production of red blood cells, DNA synthesis, hormones, and neurotransmitters.
- Vitamin C – the body cannot produce this vitamin, it must be taken with food or supplemented. It protects the body against the harmful effects of free radicals, protects the cardiovascular system, stimulates the immune system, and has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties. It also participates in collagen synthesis and the iron absorption process.
- Zinc – is one of the trace elements without which the body cannot function properly. It performs many important functions for health – sugar levels and glucose metabolism depend, among other things, on the amount of zinc in the body. Working with copper, it participates in the secretion of insulin by the pancreas. Zinc supplementation is especially recommended for diabetics, as they excrete zinc from the body faster than healthy individuals. Furthermore, zinc strengthens the immune system, helps fight colds, has a positive effect on the nervous system, fertility in both women and men, supports the treatment of skin diseases and wound healing, and also contributes to mental health and emotional balance. Zinc also participates in many metabolic processes – energy production, protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism, amino acid synthesis, and alcohol detoxification. Vitamin E – alongside vitamin C, one of the most powerful antioxidants, it has a beneficial effect on skin condition, muscle function, and lipid metabolism. It also supports the reproductive system.
- Niacin (Vitamin B3) – responsible for the proper functioning of the nervous, hormonal, and immune systems, used in the treatment of atherosclerosis.
- Glycine – supports the digestive system, regulates blood sugar levels, supports memory and concentration, and improves sleep quality.
- L-aspartic acid – participates in the construction of proteins, improves concentration and mental performance.
- Copper – participates in the absorption of iron, affects the proper functioning of red blood cells, thus supporting the functioning of the circulatory system. It also protects against osteoporosis.
- Pantothenic acid – also known as vitamin B5, supports the immune and nervous systems, participates in many important metabolic processes, and affects the regeneration of the skin and mucous membranes.
- Inositol – prevents the accumulation of fat and cholesterol in the liver, supports the fight against diseases of the nervous system, and alleviates symptoms associated with premenstrual syndrome.
- Choline – is one of the most effective lipotropic agents, a component of phosphatidylcholine (PC) found in lecithin. Phosphatidylcholine acts as a lipotropic agent (i.e., it prevents the accumulation of fat and cholesterol in the liver). Phosphatidylcholine also increases the solubility of "bad" cholesterol, lowers the level of triglycerides in the blood, reduces platelet aggregation, preventing clots, affects the proper functioning of the nervous system and increases physical performance.
- Manganese - an element essential for the health of muscles, connective tissue and the nervous system, has antioxidant properties.
- Natural beta-carotene - provitamin A, is a natural sunscreen, has antioxidant properties, reduces, among others, "bad" cholesterol.
- Vitamin B6 - also known as pyridoxine, participates in the metabolism of amino acids, affects blood pressure, the functioning of the heart and cardiovascular system, strengthens the immune system, regulates the production of essential enzymes, hormones, protein and hemoglobin.
- Vitamin B1 - also known as thiamine, participates in the proper functioning of the heart, circulatory system, muscles and nervous system. It also has antioxidant properties.
- Chromium – regulates blood sugar levels, protects against type 2 diabetes, and may support weight loss.
- Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) – determines proper vision, helps maintain hormonal balance, and is involved in lipid and amino acid metabolism.
- Folic acid – vitamin B9, participates in the synthesis of nucleic acids, the formation and maturation of red blood cells, and is essential for the proper development of the fetus's nervous system.
- Biotin (D-biotin) – essential for maintaining healthy hair, skin, and nails, regulates thyroid function, and participates in blood clotting.
- Iodine – Necessary for the functioning of the thyroid gland, is responsible for proper metabolism, and increases libido.
- Selenium – has antioxidant properties and contributes to the proper functioning of the thyroid gland and immune system.
- Vitamin D – regulates bone metabolism, contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system, and improves overall well-being.
- Vitamin B12 – participates in the synthesis of DNA, red blood cells, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, and improves mental performance and thought processes.
