What are the properties of Solgar Omega 3-6-9?
- Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the normal functioning of the heart, with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
- Linoleic acid (LA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels, with a daily intake of 10 g of LA and 2 g of ALA;
- Solgar Omega 3-6-9 dietary supplement is a mixture of oils from various sources: fish, linseed and borage;

How to use Solgar Omega 3-6-9?
