Solgar Myo-Inositol is a dietary supplement in capsules containing Myo-inositol as its main ingredient. This substance is a variety of inositol, sometimes classified as a B vitamin. It affects brain function. It also plays an important role in processes related to fertility and insulin function in human cells. Although the body can produce inositol on its own, it does not always produce it in sufficient quantities. Therefore, a balanced diet is crucial. The largest amounts of myo-inositol can be found in everyday foods such as fresh fruit, vegetables, beans, grains and nuts.

Recommended daily intake:
- daily requirement for inositol is 1g;
- recommended daily intake of 1-2 capsules a day;
- do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption within day.
Storage conditions:

- the preparation should be stored at a temperature below 25 °C,
