Solgar Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate is a dietary supplement that ensures high magnesium absorption, supporting the proper functioning of muscles, the nervous system, and the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.
Ingredient Properties:
Magnesium helps regulate calcium transport and absorption. By stimulating calcitonin secretion, it supports optimal bone mineralization. Together with ATP, magnesium supports cellular energy metabolism. It also supports the functioning of the nervous system and muscles.
Amino acid chelates are characterized by good absorption because they are characterized by:
- low molecular weight - small enough to allow them to easily penetrate the intestinal walls into the bloodstream,
- stability - which is maintained in all pH ranges occurring in the digestive process,
- neutrality - amino acid chelates are neutral and therefore do not react with other dietary components (e.g. phytates, vitamin E, vitamin C, B vitamins), as well as with drugs.
Storage conditions:
- The dietary supplement should be stored out of the reach of small children.
- The preparation should be stored at a temperature below 25 °C.

Recommended daily dose consumption:
