Solgar L-Arginine is a set of amino acids in tablets that supports the health of the entire body (90 tablets). The preparation contains 500 mg of free L-arginine. L-Arginine belongs to a group of nutrients called amino acids. It is from amino acids that the human body builds all the proteins it needs during metabolism. Amino acids are divided into exogenous (essential), which must be obtained from food, and endogenous (non-essential), which can be obtained from food but can also be produced by the body from other dietary components.
