Hair Skin Nails preparation by Solgar contains ingredients that the body uses to build collagen and keratin, the fundamental components of hair, skin and nails.
In accordance with scientific knowledge, the formula developed in Solgar laboratories contains copper (in the form of easily absorbable bisglycinate), which helps maintain proper pigmentation of hair and skin, organic zinc salt (citrate) ensures good absorbability and helps maintain healthy hair, skin and nails. Natural vitamin C is important for beautiful and elastic skin, as it helps in the proper production of collagen.
The organic form of sulfur (MSM) contained in the preparation is obtained from pine trees. MSM is the basis for the formation of collagen and keratin. Ocean algae, in turn, are a natural source of silicon.
The special glass container contains enough product to supplement for 30 to 60 days. The naturally high bioavailability of all ingredients and their appropriate levels affect the condition and appearance of hair, skin and nails.
Properties of selected ingredients:
- Red algae have antioxidant properties because they naturally contain beta-carotene.
- MSM is a source of sulfur, which is a component of sulfur amino acids (cystine, cysteine, methionine) used to build keratin.

Recommended daily intake:
