Solgar Garlic Oil is a preparation with antimicrobial properties (100 capsules). This product contains 1mg of pure garlic oil.
Solgar's product also includes safflower oil, which contains mainly unsaturated fatty acids (approx. 90%), including polyunsaturated Omega 6 fatty acids (approx. 16%).

DOSAGE

Like safflower, it contains linoleic acid, which is carried by safflower oil. Research shows that this oil has antibacterial and antifungal properties.
