Solgar Full Spectrum Omega Nordic Salmon is a dietary supplement that supports immunity and heart, brain, and eye health. It contains purified wild salmon oil, rich in omega-3, omega-5, omega-6, omega-7, and omega-9 fatty acids, as well as astaxanthin and vitamin D, which support bone and immune system health.
Ingredient Properties:
Omega-3, Omega-5, Omega-6, Omega-7, Omega-9 Fatty Acids: Fish oils containing these acids support the proper functioning of the heart, brain, and immune system. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) are particularly beneficial for heart and brain health.
Astaxanthin (20 μg): A powerful antioxidant from the carotenoid group that protects cells from free radical damage.
