Solgar Cranberryis a natural cranberry extract with added vitamin C, supporting the urinary tract (60 capsules). Cranberries contain the highest individual amount of phytochemicals compared to other cranberries found in nature. Natural vitamin C ensures the freshness and activity of cranberries at a constant level. Each cranberry capsule provides as many cranberry phytochemicals as are found in 20 g of fresh cranberries. Research shows that cranberry supplementation may have a beneficial effect on the urinary tract in women, which is associated with a reduction in the number of E. coli bacteria in urine due to their weakened adhesion to cell surfaces.
DOSAGE
Recommended daily dose: Adults: one (1) to two (2) capsules daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.

- Cranberry (powdered fruit extract) – has many health-promoting properties. It contains phenolic compounds that act as antioxidants and is recommended for the prevention of diseases such as atherosclerosis and hypertension. Due to the presence of type A proanthocyanidins (PAC), cranberries also have antibacterial properties – therefore, it is used in the treatment of urinary tract infections, gastric mucosa infections, and oral infections, among others.
- Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) – the body cannot produce this vitamin; it must be consumed with food or supplemented. It protects the body against the harmful effects of free radicals, protects the cardiovascular system, stimulates the immune system, and has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties. It also participates in collagen synthesis and iron absorption.
