Solgar Calcium and Magnesium is a bone-strengthening preparation. The preparation contains calcium and magnesium in the form of natural organic compounds – citrates. The calcium citrate and magnesium citrate forms themselves provide much better absorption of calcium and magnesium ions than inorganic forms such as calcium carbonate (e.g., from sea oyster shells).
An additional advantage of this high effectiveness is the 2 to 1 calcium and magnesium ratio. Special technology and completely natural ingredients make the tablet easily digestible and disintegrate in the digestive tract within 3-5 minutes.
DOSAGE
Recommended daily dose: Adults: three (3) tablets daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
