Ingredient properties
- vitamins A, B6, B12, C, E, D, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, folic acid - an optimally selected, comprehensive set of vitamins necessary for the proper functioning of the body,
- citrus bioflavonoids - are antioxidants, protecting the body against the harmful effects of free radicals,
- guarana extract (Paullinia cupana), including caffeine - adds energy, helps reduce fatigue, supports memory and concentration,
- nettle extract (Urtica cannabina) - supports digestion, has a beneficial effect on the skin, supports the removal of excess water from the body,
- leaf extract Green tea (Camellia sinensis) - rich in polyphenols and many other substances important for health, stimulates metabolism,
- alpha-lipoic acid - accelerates metabolism, improves performance, supports heart function,
- Siberian ginseng extract (Eleutherococcus senticosus) - helps increase performance, endurance and resistance to stress, has a positive effect on concentration,

Recommended daily intake:
- 2 tablets of VITAMAX COMPLEX PLUS VITAMINS AND NATURAL PLANT EXTRACTS and 2 tablets of VITAMAX COMPLEX PLUS MINERALS preferably during a meal, with plenty of water,
- do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings:
