SFD Guarana Caffeine is a natural dietary supplement in the form of tablets, containing extract from the seeds of the tropical plant Paullinia Cupana (guarana). It is one of the richest sources of caffeine. The supplement helps reduce fatigue, stimulate our body to function effectively, and increase performance during training. Due to its effects, caffeine is a basic ingredient of preparations recommended for use before training.
Ingredient properties:
- guarana extract - supports the control of fat metabolism, helps reduce physical and mental fatigue, adds energy,
- caffeine - helps reduce the perception of exertion, enabling longer workouts; helps improve concentration, endurance and contributes to increased performance.
Recommended daily intake:
- 1 tablet twice a day with 250 ml of water,
- the package contains 90 servings of the product,
- do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage conditions:
