Ingredient Properties:

- Copper plays an important role in maintaining bone and joint health. It is essential for the production of collagen, an essential component of connective tissue such as cartilage and bones;
- Vitamin D plays a key role in the absorption of calcium from the digestive tract. Without it, the body cannot effectively utilize calcium from food, which affects bone health and the prevention of osteoporosis;
- Vitamin K is essential for the proper synthesis of osteocalcin, which plays an important role in the process of bone mineralization. Activated vitamin K supports bone health by strengthening their structure.
