SFD D3 2000 is a dietary supplement containing easily absorbable vitamin D (cholecalciferol). It is called the "sunshine vitamin" because it is produced in our skin under the influence of sunlight. Skin synthesis of vitamin D is the main source for our body, but it is often insufficient. Therefore, it is worth supplementing this vitamin with food or dietary supplements. Cholecalciferol can be found primarily in marine fish, and in smaller amounts in eggs, whole milk and dairy products, vegetable oils, liver, and ripened cheeses.
