Sen Aurovitas is a dietary supplement in the form of coated tablets, intended for adults. The preparation contains melatonin, extract of hop cones and lemon balm herb, magnesium, vitamin A, B6, D and E. Aurovitas Sen makes it easier to fall asleep and improves the quality of sleep. Additionally, due to the content of melatonin, the supplement alleviates difficulties with adaptation after changing time zones, which adversely affect falling asleep and sleep quality.
Description of active ingredients:
- melatonin - makes falling asleep easier and helps alleviate difficulties with adaptation after changing time zones,
- lemon balm extract - reduces the feeling of anxiety, has a calming effect in states of emotional tension and contributes to the improvement of sleep quality,
- hop cone extract - has a soothing effect on the nervous system, has relaxing properties, supports healthy sleep,
- magnesium and vitamin B6 - contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, have a beneficial effect on the nervous system. nervous.
Recommended daily intake:
- Adults: 1 tablet once a day shortly before going to bed,
- In case of time zone changes, a beneficial effect is obtained after taking 1 tablet shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for the next few days after arrival at the destination,
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage conditions:
