What is semi-permanent coloring?
Semi-permanent coloring means that the coloring agent does not penetrate the hair shaft, but only coats it from the outside, creating an additional coating. In the case of sensitized hair, the pigments can penetrate the hair shaft, but will still be washed out relatively quickly.
