Ingredient Properties:
Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia) – a herbaceous plant popular in Ayurveda and other traditional systems of medicine, especially in India. It is classified as an adaptogen, i.e., plants and fungi that increase the body's resistance to stress and difficult external factors. Due to its unique properties, it is called the "root of immortality".

Recommended daily intake:
