How to use:
Tea is the most popular way to consume rockrose. You can prepare it this way using the highest quality dried rockrose, which you can find in our store. To brew the tea, simply measure the amount of the dried rockrose (2-3 teaspoons), pour it into a glass, and pour boiling water over it. The infusion is ready to drink after 5 minutes. It is recommended to drink rockrose 2 to 3 times a day. If the intense flavor is too much for you, add a slice of lemon or a tablespoon of honey.
