When to use Pueria Pure Magnesium?
Pueria Pure Magnesium is a dietary monosupplement containing 100 mg of magnesium ions from organic magnesium citrate in one capsule, without added fillers, dyes or preservatives. Compared to inorganic forms, magnesium citrate has higher bioavailability and is better absorbed by the body*.
