Prenatal Uno + DHA
Prenatal Uno + Dha is a dietary supplement recommended especially for women in the first trimester of pregnancy. The preparation contains ingredients that are intended to supplement the diet and beneficially affect the course of pregnancy and fetal development. Prenatal Uno + DHA contains, among others: DHA and EPA acids, ginger, choline, vitamin D, iodine, folate, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12.
The preparation contains DNA Protection Formula®, a set of ingredients that protect the genetic material (DNA) of the embryo and influence the closing of the neural tube (choline, folate, B12, B6).
Properties of ingredients:
- choline - helps protect against DNA damage and in the functioning of the central nervous system, including the structures responsible for memory,
- vitamin D - supports the proper growth and development of bones in children and supports the proper functioning of the immune system,
- iodine - helps in the proper production of hormones and the functioning of the thyroid gland, is important for the proper growth of children and plays a role in the development and functioning of the nervous system and cognitive functions in children. DHA - is essential for the development of the child's nervous system, its supply during pregnancy is particularly important for the development of the child's brain and retina, folate - contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, iImbir - is a natural ingredient that alleviates nausea and sickness in pregnant women, choline, MethylB12, vitamin B6 and folate - support the metabolism of homocysteine, which affects the development of the child's nervous system, metabolically active forms of vitamins - calcium L-methylfolate is a form of folate (folic acid), which does not require metabolic activation and is directly used by the mother and fetus; Pyridoxal 5-phosphate (B6) and methylcobalamin (MethylB12) are forms of vitamins ready for use by the body. Folate + MethylB12 + vitamin B6 + choline - they make the most of the effects of folates. Recommended daily intake: Adults: take 1 vitamin-mineral capsule and 1 DHA capsule daily with a meal. In case of increased requirements, consult a doctor for instructions on use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use other dietary supplements containing vitamin D, iodine or folates. Before use, it is recommended to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and discuss the result with a doctor or pharmacist.
Contraindications:
- Decompensated hyperthyroidism.
