Prenatal DHA Capsules
Prenatal DHA dietary supplement is especially recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It contains a very high dose of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), a component particularly important for the proper development of the baby. Supplementing DHA from the beginning of pregnancy has a beneficial effect on the saturation of the mother's tissues, and its active transport to the fetus occurs at the turn of the second and third trimesters. DHA should be supplied in a ready-made form, as the human body has a limited ability to synthesize this unsaturated omega-3 fatty acid. The main source of DHA is oily marine fish, which, research shows, are consumed in too low quantities by women in Poland.

Recommended daily intake:
It is best to take one or two capsules daily with a meal. If you have increased needs, consult your doctor for instructions. This product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
