Plusssz Elektrolity SPORT 100% Complex is a professional preparation created for physically active people. It is based on the slow-releasing carbohydrate PALATINOSETM, which leads to a smaller and sustainable increase in blood glucose levels. It has a low glycemic index (GI), so it stays in the blood longer both during and after exercise. In addition, the preparation contains a full set of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chloride), manganese, which contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones, as well as collagen and vitamin C. Lemon-grapefruit flavor.
Ingredient properties:
- Potassium contributes to the proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system.
- Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and helps maintain electrolyte balance.
- Calcium contributes to the maintenance of normal energy-yielding metabolism.
- Manganese contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
- Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained when consuming 200 mg of vitamin C daily above the recommended daily dose of vitamin C.
