PharmoVit Herballine Dreamvit™ contains a blend of extracts and vitamins, enclosed in a plant capsule - melatonin with vitamin B6 and extracts from: narrow-leaved lavender flowers, valerian root, lemon balm leaves, and hop cones. The dietary supplement supports the process of falling asleep and improves the quality of sleep. The composition is enriched with Bioperine® black pepper extract.
Ingredient Properties:
- Melatonin helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. A beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed. Melatonin helps alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag. Beneficial effects are obtained by consuming 0.5 mg shortly before bed on the first day of travel and for the next few days after arriving at your destination. Lavender helps reduce irritability and promotes better sleep. Valerian and lemon balm help relax and maintain healthy sleep. Hops have a soothing effect on the nervous system, and vitamin B6 supports its proper functioning. Black pepper supports digestion and nutrient absorption and increases the effectiveness of herbal ingredients.
