Baicalin is an active substance found in Baikal skullcap. The plant has antioxidant properties. Reduces oxidative stress caused by collagen damage. Supports joint health and protects tendons. Contributes to the proper functioning of skeletal muscles during normal physical activity and sports. Black pepper supports the digestion and absorption of nutrients and increases the effectiveness of herbal ingredients.
Baicalin properties:

Recommended daily intake:
- adults: 1 capsule daily with a meal,
- take with water (250 ml),
- do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
