B6-Vit Max P-5-P Active supplements the body's need for vitamin B6. It plays a significant role in the proper functioning of the body. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, the active, bioavailable form of vitamin B6, helps in the proper functioning of the immune and nervous systems. It contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to maintaining normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to the proper production of red blood cells and to maintaining normal homocysteine metabolism. The composition has been enriched with BioPerine® black pepper extract. Black pepper supports digestion and absorption of nutrients.
Vitamin B6 properties:

Recommended daily intake:
- adults: 1 capsule daily with a meal,
- take with water (250 ml),
