Folate 5-MTHF Methyl 600 µg is a dietary supplement containing active folic acid in the form of calcium L-methylfolate. Calcium L-methylfolate is an active, crystalline, and methylated form of folic acid, which is available to the body immediately after consumption, without the need for further metabolic transformations. Unlike consuming regular folic acid, consuming calcium L-methylfolate has greater bioavailability and does not mask vitamin B12 deficiencies.Inulin from chicory contributes to proper intestinal function by increasing the frequency of bowel movements. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 12g of chicory inulin. A serving of the product provides 260 mg of inulin. Folate contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, helps in the proper production of blood and the synthesis of amino acids, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and takes part in the process of cell division. Folates also help in the proper functioning of the immune system and maintaining normal psychological functions.
