Pharmovit Ashwagandha Bio is a dietary supplement whose active ingredient is Indian ginseng (ashwagandha), which has adaptogenic properties, i.e. it can increase the body's resistance to stress. Ashwagandha helps maintain physical and mental abilities in cases of weakness, fatigue, and loss of concentration. Additionally, it helps maintain healthy skin and may have a beneficial effect on the heart and cardiovascular system. The product composition has been enriched with soluble bio fiber from acacia Inavea™ with low water activity <0.2.
Properties of ingredients:
- adaptogenic (may increase the body's resistance to stress),
- helps maintain physical and mental abilities in case of weakness, fatigue and loss of concentration,
- helps maintain healthy skin,
- has a beneficial effect on the heart and cardiovascular system.
Recommended daily intake:
- adults: 1 capsule a day,
- take with water (250 ml),
- do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage conditions:
- the dietary supplement should be kept out of the reach of small children,
- the preparation should be stored at a temperature below 25°C. °C,
- protect from light and moisture,
- store in a tightly closed container.
