B-50 Methyl B-Complex Max+supplements the body's need for B vitamins, i.e. vitamins that play a significant role in the proper functioning of the entire body, including the nerves, heart, skin, muscles, vascular system, and affect metabolism and well-being.
Ingredient Properties:
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine): Supports the conversion of carbohydrates into energy, affects the functioning of the nervous and muscular systems, as well as thought processes and memory.
- Vitamin B2 (riboflavin): Participates in metabolism, affects the condition of the skin, mucous membranes and eyes.
- Vitamin B3 (niacin): Affects the nervous system, affects metabolism, as well as the condition of the skin and mucous membranes.
- Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid): Takes part in metabolism, affects the synthesis of hormones and cholesterol, as well as the condition of the skin and mucous membranes.
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine): Affects metabolism, the functioning of the nervous and immune systems, as well as the synthesis of hemoglobin.
- Vitamin B7 (biotin): Affects metabolism, as well as the condition of the skin, hair, and nails.
- Vitamin B9 (folic acid): Affects DNA synthesis, as well as the development of the fetal nervous system.
- Vitamin B12 (cobalamin): Affects metabolism, the functioning of the nervous and circulatory systems, as well as the synthesis of DNA.
Recommended daily intake:
- Adults: 2 capsules daily during pregnancy meal,
- should be taken with water (250 ml),
- do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage conditions:
- the dietary supplement should be kept out of the reach of small children,
- the preparation should be stored at a temperature below 25 °C,
- protect from light and moisture,
- store in a tightly closed container.
