Orsalit Senior 10 Sachets
Orsalit Senior is a preparation that replenishes fluids and minerals in the case of water and electrolyte imbalances.
Ingredient Properties:
Orsalit Senior replenishes fluids and minerals in the case of water and electrolyte imbalances. The product does not contain flavorings, so it can also be used by people prone to allergies. The product must be used under medical supervision.
Recommended daily intake:
- Recommended dose of rehydration fluid according to WHO: approximately 50–100 ml/kg body weight/4 hours.
- Recommended dose of rehydration fluid: 5–10 ml/kg body weight after each diarrheal stool and 2–5 ml/kg body weight after each vomiting episode.
- Example dosage of the preparation:
HYDRATION PHASE (the first 3–4 hours of rehydration) and MAINTENANCE REHYDRATION PHASE (further stages of rehydration): 3–8 sachets dissolved as recommended (600–1600 ml).
- 1 sachet dissolved as recommended (200 ml) after each diarrheal stool or vomiting.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose for consumption in during the day.
Storage conditions:
- the dietary supplement should be stored out of the reach of children,
- the preparation should be stored at a temperature below 25 ° C,
- protect from light and moisture.
Warnings:
- the dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet,
- do not take the dietary supplement if you are allergic to any of its ingredients,
- do not use in case of intestinal obstruction or severe dehydration requiring intravenous hydration,
- the product can be consumed by diabetics, however, blood sugar level monitoring is necessary (as recommended by a doctor).
