What is Orsalit Raspberry Flavor?
Orsalit - a fruity flavor for children. It replenishes current water and electrolyte losses in infants and children, as well as adults. ORSALIT is a food for special medical purposes, for dietary management in states of dehydration, especially during diarrhea or vomiting, and in situations where there is a risk of dehydration. ORSALIT® replenishes fluids and minerals in case of water and electrolyte disturbances.
How to use Orsalit Sachets?
- the dosage depends on the degree of dehydration and the doctor's recommendations;
- it is usually recommended to administer 50-100 ml of oral rehydration fluid per kg of body weight within the first 4 hours and an additional 5-10 ml per kg of body weight after each diarrheal stool or vomiting. At the later stage of rehydration, it is recommended to administer 5-10 ml of rehydration fluid after each diarrheal stool or vomiting.
Storage:
- store in a dry place, at room temperature, out of the reach of children.
Notes:
- the preparation should not be used by people with intestinal obstruction or hemodynamic shock;
- contains sugar;
- does not contain fruit, milk protein, and lactose;
- gluten-free product;
- product to be taken under medical supervision;
- does not constitute the sole source of nutrition;
- do not use parenterally;
- do not exceed the recommended daily dose;
- the product can be consumed by diabetics, however, blood sugar level monitoring is necessary;
