Orsalit Nutris is an oral rehydration solution containing glucose, mineral salts, and lactalbumin. The preparation hydrates the body in states of excessive fluid loss - during physical exercise, diarrhea, heat. Orsalit Nutris is a new rehydration solution with a reduced salty taste. Raspberry and blueberry flavor.
Ingredient Properties:
Orsalit Nutris is a food for special medical purposes, intended for the dietary management of states of body dehydration, especially during diarrhea or vomiting, and in situations where there is a risk of dehydration. The preparation replenishes fluids and minerals in the case of water and electrolyte disturbances. Orsalit Nutris is enriched with lactalbumin, a protein found in milk. Lactalbumin provides essential amino acids, which are amino acids that cannot be produced by the human body and must be supplied through food. Thanks to the content of glucose, mineral salts and lactalbumin, ORSALIT® nutris also has nutritional functions.
Recommended daily intake:
- dosage depends on the degree of dehydration and doctor's recommendations,
- it is usually recommended to administer 50 - 100 ml of oral rehydration solution per kg of body weight in the first 4 hours and an additional 5-10 ml per kg of body weight after each diarrheal stool or vomiting,
- at the later stage of rehydration, it is recommended to administer 5-10 ml of oral rehydration solution per kg of body weight after each diarrheal stool or vomiting,
- the recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
Storage conditions:
- the dietary supplement should be stored out of the reach of children,
- the preparation should be stored at a temperature below 25 ° C,
- protect from light and moisture.
Warnings:
- the dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet,
- do not take the dietary supplement if you are allergic to any of its ingredients,
- the preparation should not be used in children under 6 months of age,
- the preparation should not be administered parenterally,
- the preparation cannot be used as the sole source of food,
- the preparation should not be used in people who are not at risk of dehydration.
